The Macau Annual Visual Arts Exhibition, now in its 12th year, has established itself as an important component of the Macau Arts Festival by promoting the region’s solid cultural credentials and serving as a showcase for talented artists. The Exhibition enthusiastically facilitates and encourages the discovery of new artists and the development of artistic education and creative standards, and this year an even greater number of artists are participating, showing works that uniquely reflect the characteristics of the city’s local culture.
